Thanks for posting the archive. We've started working on porting the blog articles over to the new Zendesk knowledge base but it's kinda slow going. ---

Yesterday I got all of the articles moved over to the new knowledge base, they should start showing up as they go through the final edit/approval process.  Don't have direct timeframe on this but probably won't be all that long.  We'll update the link to them all here once they are ready to view. ---

So cool guys.... But as you already figured out....I'm a NAG :rolleyes: So one follow-up Q: Is the wiki page for the unsupported plug-ins gone for good, since there's no more wiki, or ? /T ---

Thanks for the heads-up. That link is fixed now. I agree it would be nice to have a more direct way of bringing errors/issues on the Knowledge Base to the attention of the admins. ---

I am very much a noob when it comes to channel development, but I really am trying to learn it. I follow all the instructions and can’t seem to get any media to show up. Is there a good guide on troubleshooting? I checked all my XPATH queries with XPATH Checker in Firefox and all that seems fine. My channel keeps coming back with a blank no media page and I don’t understand the proper way to troubleshoot the problem. Thanks in advance. ---
