# Claim server don't work after reinstall

Server Version#: 1.32.8.7639  
Player Version#: 4.116.1

After reinstalling Plexmediaserver on my raspberrypi, i have access to plex on windows on the local network ([http://192.168.1.25/](http://192.168.1.25/)) with a “claim server warning”. When i click the claim button, nothing happens. Just see some timeout on the logs. Already tried to restart the pi, with no effects.

Well, after digging, really looks more like a connectivity issue on my rpi rather than a plex issue (for now)

```auto
pi@raspberrypi:~ $ ping google.com
ping: google.com: Échec temporaire dans la résolution du nom

pi@raspberrypi:~ $ ping 8.8.8.8
PING 8.8.8.8 (8.8.8.8) 56(84) bytes of data.
From 192.168.1.25 icmp_seq=1 Destination Host Unreachable
From 192.168.1.25 icmp_seq=2 Destination Host Unreachable
From 192.168.1.25 icmp_seq=3 Destination Host Unreachable
