Why Clicking an actor is not taking it to a list of movies they’re in ? Am I missing anything? Using Nvidia Shield Pro with Plex 8.14.0.23337 ---

The feature to show actors at all was only semi recently introduced to the Android app. it is in the plans to make them clickable but I do not have an ETA on it. ---

O actually it works on my iPhone but doesn’t work on android. ---

Correct. Actors being there at all was only recently introduced to Android. ---

Looking forward to this being added. I personally enjoyed this feature on the web, and on the LG smartTV os (not sure what it is). I could discover other movies in my library with a paticular actor, I was not aware, and of course… watch again 🙂 ---

Having come from Roku (which has this functionality for a long time) to Shield I was amazed that clicking on a cast member did nothing. Its a major let down and I look forward (hopefully soon) to this being implemented on the Android TV app. ---

It works everywhere else . It works on iPhone and appletv and it doesn’t work on Nvidia shield- actually its hard to accept ---

It doesn’t work on the new Chromecast with Google TV either… Hoping this gets fixed I’m not an expert but I would think it would be simple since it’s on every other platform but again I’m not an expert LoL ---

It’s not simple. It isn’t broken because the feature never existed on Android TV. Unfortunately due the the many bugs that Android does need to fix this is low in the barrel of things to implement. ---

One more thing missing in Nvidia shield is the number of movies or shows when we clic library in a folder. Apple tv or ios with plex shows it ---
