# Client devices pixel picture and run in 2sec loop

Hello,

im Running a Plex Server with specs  
14900k  
Asus Prime Z790  
win pro 11  
internal M2 SSD for system and cache  
Yes i know its might be a “bit” oversize but i hate when it not work. (like it does)

Some time the Video pixel like in picture and start to run in 2sec loop than.  
It happen internal and external on various samsung, hisense tvs.  
Same movie run after as sample 4 restarts with all settings same just fine (sometime)  
i do hardware transcoding with cpu intel 770  
it happen with and without HDR tone mapping.

I think it start around 2server updates in paste, before just run fine.

Server Version#: 1.41.2.9200
