Cloud Sync Error



I hope I'm in the right section for this...


I currently have an enterprise account with  Every time I try to link my account, i get the following error: "Your box account does not support direct links."


I thought it was an issue with my box account, but I already got forwarded to their higher level support and after trying their different suggestions, this is what they replied...

". I spoke with a Specialist about this issue, and it appears that the issue is related to the way that Plex is accessing the Box API, and is likely something that they will have to change on their backend. Could you reach out to Plex's support ( and reference this error? We can then connect with them to correct this error."


Please advise me on how we can resolve this issue.

I am getting the same error "Your Box account does not support direct links." 

I have a paid, enterprise account with unlimited storage, and I know I can do the shared link feature. 


I'm also now having this problem and I have a paid enterprise account. Any suggestions?


Does anyone know how we can fix this cause I need to know cause I am planning to use the box provider??
