# Collections suddenly stopped working

Across ALL my libraries, collections have suddenly stopped working.
- Collections still appear in the ‘Collections’ tab and don’t appear to have been erased;
- Collections no longer show in ‘Library’ tab even when set to do so
- Items still show in library even when set to ‘Hide items in a collection’
For example, in my ‘Concert films’ library the default is set to hide items in a collection. Items are usually in a collection for the performing artist. The collection is set to ‘hide contents but show collection’. This worked fine but today:
- The collections don’t appear in the ‘Library’ tab
- The films aren’t hidden within the collections in the ‘Library tab’
The set up I had worked fine until today. Only ‘change’ is that I bought the lifetime Plex Pass yesterday, but don’t see how/why this would affect my library like this…
I have tried:
- Changing the ‘hide’/‘show’ settings;
- Restarting the Plex Media Server;
- Restarting the host device
But to no avail.
Server Version: 1.32.7.7621
