Do you have the option `Skip Ads in Recorded Content (Plex Pass Required)` option set to `Manually`? That option should be available for the [iOS](https://support.plex.tv/articles/205671068-settings-plex-for-ios/) and [Roku](https://support.plex.tv/articles/204275243-settings-plex-for-roku/) clients – I suppose the web app should apply the default (=`Manually` skipping ads). > [@Player Experience](https://forums.plex.tv/t/player-experience/857990#p-3593260-skip-ads-in-recorded-content-plex-pass-required-5): > > We have added a bunch of Player experience features available to Plex Pass subscribers.
