# Connect to Plex not showing code

Hi team trying to run Plex on my TV and [plex.tv/link](http://plex.tv/link) doesn’t show any codes to enter. See image.

The issue I raised has only started last week. Does that issue mean I can’t select an account to log in? Is that because I have not been been able to enter the code?

Precisely. Please follow the above link for possible workarounds.  
Or simply get a nVidia Shield Pro to plug into your TV.
