# Connection to Plex Server randomly unavailable only from firestick

So I can connect to my plex server from any other source … smarttv, smartphone, 2 remote users too, but my once working firestick now can’t connect. This happened before and only fix was a full reset of firestick.

Are there connectivity issues w firestick and Plex server?
