up until about a month ago i was able to connect to my server remotley, through the plex app. however i cannot connect like this anymore. i dont know what im doing wrong, or if there is anything im missing. when i enable remote access i get the green arrow between my ip address and the public address, but a red x between the public and internet. i am using PMS 1.2.2.2857, on an unraid 6.2.1 server i have to use the ip address followed by :32400/web/ (or tower:32400/web/ as the server is still called tower) to get onto the web page where i can access my server settings and view content. i am able to use my iphone/roku box that are on the same network to the server. but i can not use my iphone outside the network, which i was able to do just over a month ago. nor can my partner connect to the server on her phone from her house. any help would be most apreciated. ---

Sounds like you did not set up port forwarding but instead relied on the automatic UPnP connection. Try restarting your router and computer. Or set up port forwarding. ---
