Server Version#: 1.23.1.4602
Player Version#:
I"m running MAC OS 11.4 off of 2 external drives both of which work fine, my iTunes libraries see them fine.
Since the last 2 Server Updates I can’t see my TV Shows directories and Plex no longer updates the other directories as well.
I can’t delete or even manage my libraries from the web portal on any web browser either.

Do I completely delete my account and start over or what?

Check your system for database corruption:

> This sometimes happens if the Plex database is corrupted. Pull the log files from your Plex Media Server. [Settings](https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/web/general) → Troubleshooting → Download Logs. FYI, your server should be set for debug, not verbose, logging. See [Settings](https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/web/general) → Server\_Name → Settings → General. Select Show Advanced. Check the box next to Enable Plex Media Server debug logging. Uncheck the box next to Enable Plex Media Server verbose logging. Unzip the file and open the Plex Media Server.log file with a text editor/reade…

If you have set up a backup directory, you may have been able to use a previous backup.

Then checked for Database Corruption and repaired if required. All you need then is to run a Library Scan.

Then again a clean install can be beneficial with so many updates these days.
