# Constant Buffering or server testing

Hi
If anyone can help me it be great. Im having issues watching movies/shows on plex now. The side menu bar always seems to be buffering or loading. The server I connect to has no issues, they have checked their end. Ive uninstalled, reset the app and everything on the TV & console but still seems to be doing the same. I have recorded a video if there is someone I can email it to so they could help.
Im in the UK and my service provider in Virginmedia. I have also turned the router off/on and still seems to be doing the same.

The server has remote access disabled. You would only be able to access it if you were located in the same local network as the server.

The server is in the US. Im in the UK but have been using the server for years with no issue. But something has changed in the last 3-4 weeks
