2 issues. 1. I have content shows up on my server, shows up on Plex via my PC and plays, but does not show up on the App on my TV. 2. I have content shows up on my server, shows up on Plex via my PC and plays and shows up on the TV App, but when I try to play it, it tells me “File Unavailable”. ---

Would need to see your [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) and the [plex media info](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201998867-Investigate-Media-Information-and-Formats) for one of the files that does this. Which of our apps are you using on your TV? ---
