On some clients, Continue Watching and On Deck is missing. How can I re-add? I’ve already tried signing out and back in. ---

On those clients, what happens when you go to the Movies or TV Shows libraries and tap the settings handle next to Continue Watching / On Deck? You should get an option to Add to Home Screen which does what it says on the tin. Then on the home screen you can usually reorder them the way you want. ---

Those options are not available there either. Only the standard “recently added” or “recently released” showcases are there. ---

I had to Click the Plus sign next to the things that I wanted to be added to the Home Screen… A little annoying, but easy enough to do. I would rather it default to showing all the things and then we remove and customize… This isn’t a security issue, so being more promiscuous is not a bad thing. ---

You have to have started (but not finished) watching some content to see a Continue Watching. And you have to have started watching some TV Shows to have something On Deck. Are these conditions met for the user? ---
