# Conversion failed. The transcoder crashed or failed to start up.

Getting this error when trying to watch movies on my Samsung TV (Tizen 2.4.0) with the Plex app (3.2.2) and a Win 10 x64 server (v 1.12.1.4885 but an older version as well). My friend with basically the same model of TV and my server can load the content OK.  
Appreciate any help, logs included.

I can see this error

```auto
Apr 08, 2018 14:59:34.602 [8280] ERROR - Couldn't find the file to stream: H:\Media\Movies\The Bourne Supremacy (2004)\The Bourne Supremacy (2004) HEVC-1080p AAC-6ch.en.srt

```

Did you rename or remove a subtitles srt file ?

Try to do Analyze Media and then see if it resolves it. If not, follow the [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) sequence
