# "Conversion failed. The transcoder excited due to an error"?

Started getting this error a lot today and so are some of my users. Many things that are streaming are still transcoding however some files will just not play. I downloaded the logs I just don’t know what to do with them but I’m sure you’ll need to see them somehow. Can someone help please?
