I have recently converted from running Plex on my PC with all files on an external USB to an Asustor5404T NAS. I copied over all files and set up the server on said NAS and everything works fine directly on the network the NAS is on but all remote has issues. Seeing the libraries is intermittent and every movie and TV show I attempt to play does not work.
I have gone through every step to ensure ports are forwarded and NAS IP is static. I have also turned back on my old server on my PC and remote play works fine with no issue.
