Server Version#: 1.32.4.7195 windows Player Version#: 9.25.0.2253 android Nvidia shield So I’m coming from emby and like what you guys have. I’ve noticed the fire stick works better than android tv. 2 problems that I’m seeing are when watching a live show on hdhomerun and press up to get the guide. Some shows still play in the top right which I love but sometimes doesn’t show just black. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug. Another issue is when you goto home tab and scroll down to channel guide icon and select it I get something went wrong. Retry. If I repeat those steps on my Android phone it shows the guide. I paid for plex pass lifetime. Hoping you can help me solve the issues. I’m liking this over emby. I think the interface is nicer. Just seen these 2 bugs so far. Please advise. ---

My backend is a Windows b… Interestingly, they were also using a Shield TV. Which model are you using? If one of the new models, is it the Pro or the base model? For the second issue, you may want to try a “Restore Defaults” from the Plex app settings on the Shield and/or clearing the app cache in the Android settings for the app. ---

I tried that even delete the app and still doesn’t work when clicking the icon. If I goto guide it’s fine. As for the pip window fire stick seems more reliable. ---

Do you have display rate switching or resolution switching enabled? No display switching is off. The guide icon is only on the pro shield. The tube shield doesn’t show the guide icon under home. It’s like4 rows down on the pro. ---

Looks like we found what the issue is with the Channel Guide button. Want to follow up on this for pip. It works perfect with Chromecast Google tv 4k every channel works everytime. Seems to be a issue with Nvidia shield tube and pro. ---

Seems like latest beta on Android Nvidia shield pip seems to work allot better. I’ll let you know if I have any issues. Didn’t see in change log but seems to be more consistent. ---

Can confirm pip is working 100% now on Nvidia shield. Thank you! Not sure what you fixed but it’s working. 9.28.0.2976 ---
