Cover Art is not showing always while I tagged all my files well

Hi I am new to Plex but unfortunately heading a big issue already..

While I have for my Music Library ‘Prefer local metadata’ on and:

Load concert data for artists, in case you leave the house.
Genres = Embedded Tags
Where to automatically obtain genres for artists and albums.
Album Art = Local Files Only
Where to automatically obtain album cover art.
Scanner = Plex Music Scanner
Agent = Plex Music

All my music files are properly tagged and have embedded cover art. Despite of that the covers are not always showing in Plex. If I use another Tool like for example QuodLibet it shows the cover art as it should.

You can see in the XML that there is a thumbnail attached: ‘hasThumbnail=“1”’

I have found some threads regarding this problem but no solution. This issue makes Plex useless for me since I want to use my own Cover Artwork and have some rare music in my library.
