I tried your link - It displays correctly as mentioned, however, when playing a movie (MKV), says "trailers is unavailable. Try again later"... Any idea here what needs to be done?
Do you have a log we can look at?
You should see it in all of them.
There is an issue in 0.1 where it will not show if you have less than 5 items/series but if you update to the latest source it has been fixed.

At the end of the day, I am over the moon with this creation, and am in no need for this to be fixed. It looks cool and that's all. I can still access those shows like I had always wanted to and that is all that matters.

I did not change anything. Just download it and then upload to Dropbox.
I don't use MKV movies sorry.
edit. I do have these movies. no problem playing them.

ITunes purchased content is always .m4v which is an expanded version of mp4. iTunes store does not supply content in the mkv format.

Hmm it looks as if you have everything there.
What application are you using to unpack the zip file?
How many TV shows do you have in that section?

Winrar was used to unpack it, and I have anywhere from 12-20 shows in there.
Try downloading a fresh copy and unpacking it using windows itself - it is worth ruling it out even though i am not confident that it is the problem.
Hey, Geoff, in all the posts you've made, I haven't seen you list any relevant debug info like:-
Which version of PMS are you running? (If you have supplied this info and I've just missed it then I apologize)
You need the latest version of PMS as it contains the stacked library requests which the TV art makes use of.
