Which version of PMS are you running? (If you have supplied this info and I've just missed it then I apologize)
You need the latest version of PMS as it contains the stacked library requests which the TV art makes use of.

Try downloading a fresh copy and unpacking it using windows itself - it is worth ruling it out even though i am not confident that it is the problem.
When you say let Windows unpack it, do you mean Winzip?
Try updating the PMS first.

Ok, that could be the problem, the latest public version of PMS is 0.9.7.28, please update and try again.

Thanks guys. God it is just... so beautiful. I am SO sorry for this to have been because of a PMS update. If it matters at all, I right clicked the PMS icon and checked for updates and was told I was up to date. Turns out that I needed to update my Windows Installer Package to update PMS.
