Hi Guys, not sure if this is the correct forum

I’m facing a bit of an issue with my Plex client on Nvidia Shield. While I am scrolling through a tv show’s episode list, the app crashes. If I select a tv/movie, the app crashes. This only happens on the shield, all other devices do not have this issue. If I long press on a movie and hit play, it will play. If I press continue watching, the show/movie will play. But navigating to Movie/Tv → Library → select show/movie → crash

Server - Truenas scale → Truenas Scale official Plex server app

Debugging -
Shield PRO - factory reset nvidia shield, mutiple times, reinstall client, uninstall server app

Server - complete recreation of the docker container, fresh install, new image

The WTF part:
I created a new server with a brand new plex account → absolutely no issues

Is this an issue with my account? I have plex pass and the account has existed since ~2018

Attaching logs

One error that shows up in the client network logs occasionally during a crash

Thanks for the [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) but PLEASE TURN VERBOSE OFF.

(it’s as annoying as me typing in all caps 🤣 )

we lose more data than we keep with VERBOSE on.

Can you turn it off, SAVE the change, recreate , then download and attach the new ZIP file ?

haha, I understand, these logs are from the new server so its not 100% the same as before. But the crashing still remains the same.

I highly recommend looking at the file PLEX\_CLIENT\_LOG, which is the network logging from the Shield plex app

I need to fill in more details.

What are the steps to reproduce.

When does it fail?

Is it hard crash ??

Thank you!

In their release announcements, they often reference a ticket number.

For this one: `#25633`

Just wanted to ask, what’s so juicy about my issue?
My developer’s brain is getting a little restless trying to understand the issue

Or is there anything in the release notes that I can keep an eye for so I know my issue is resolved

I like unusual bugs.

Most of my days are “It’s broke” (because of something entirely not related to Plex) 🤣

When your issue is resolved, you should see the ticket number in the release notes.

Hey @ChuckPa, I’m having a bit of a hard time finding a ticket reference on the release page. Mind helping me out with a link?
A friend of mine who is apart of my server is also facing this same issue now on his shield. So not sure around when this could be fixed

It is still open / unresolved.

That’s why you don’t see it in the release notes.

I will follow up with them.
