Since the ads are likely supplied by the content partner, probably not.

Dude, you’re talking about the company that has been dealing with [this complaint](https://forums.plex.tv/t/lets-finally-solve-the-low-audio-issue-please/590612) for years now. Don’t hold your breath when it comes to fixing audio issues.
