# Create clips and share on the fly

**Idea**
I’m watching my favorite show. I see a clip that makes me laugh (Oh, homer, you love donuts) and I want to share it. Not the entire episode, just maybe 5-10 seconds. Or heck, maybe I do want to share the whole episode, but without having to sign people up and share my library for this one clip. Ideally, you’d get a minified URL, like plex.ly/ea8abcfe
An addition to this feature that would be nice would be the ability to create a channel of saved clips.
