# Custom images orientation in custom library

Server Version#: 4.54.5  
Player Version#: N/A Same behaviour in Player

Hi,  
I have a custom library I made in Plex for documentaries.

When I create a poster for the documentary in the ratio of 3:2 it will show just fine but when I click into the documentary the poster is now in 16:9 mode & the top & bottom are cut off.

Can the poster be made to keep the 3:2 ratio like in the Films library instead of going to 16:9 like in the TV library?

I suppose I know the answer to this one but I have to ask.

I have no doubt others have asked before but I was unable to find any topics specific to this on this forum with the search words I used.

Hi tom,  
I looked at the issue again & created a new library with Films as the type (I had previously used ‘Other’).

I copied my docs over to this & the posters are now in portrait mode which I’m very happy with.

Thank you for posting but I guess this thread is now resolved.
