Hello everyone. I selected a set of videos in my library and created a custom label to use as an “allow only” label to restrict an account to only see these videos. After I applied the label, the library shows as empty. Furthermore, I noticed that restricting content using labels doesn’t work at all using even default labels. The labels never restrict or allow the videos correctly with any label. What can I do to fix this issue? Server Version#: 1.23.6.4881 Player Version#: N\A ---

Would you mind sharing some more details as for where exactly you placed/configured your labels and how you setup the sharing restriction? ---

Ok, I think there is a misunderstanding here. In my screenshot I used plex default labels as an example of what I am experiencing. The videos that I have that I verified have these labels in my example (Kids and Children) do not populate correctly. So for example, if I have 10 videos with the kids label, only 1 or 2 show up when used as a restriction. All ten should show up. I also created a custom label and assigned it to a set of videos. When I set a profile to only allow the videos marked with my label, none of them show up. And in my second comment about none of the labels working, I manually counted videos with certain labels and found that none of them were corrected filtered out. There were instances where I counted 100 videos with a label and restricting a user to that content produced just three. Some labels produced no content at all. I verified that the videos have the labels so I believe that either the labeling system is broken, no good, or somehow damaged on my server. ---

Just tested this myself. I cannot reproduce this on my end. The only “hiccup” I’ve seen is about items in a collection. If the collection items have the tag but the collection doesn’t, neither the items nor the collection will show on the shared library. ---
