I’m trying to deauthorize an ~~xbox one and~~ xbox 360 that my personal account is logged into (via [plex.tv/pin](http://plex.tv/pin)). I’ve deleted them from [plex.tv/devices](http://plex.tv/devices) (and confirmed I would like to remove them/that they’ll have to sign in again). But the keep showing back up and are able to access my library. I’ve also noticed this happening with several other devices/browsers in the past. For the what it’s worth, most of these devices are not local.

Any suggestions? Do I need to remove the device AND change my password?

Thanks

It is at least worth a try.
Go here: [https://plex.tv/users/edit](https://plex.tv/users/edit)
set your cursor into the ‘New Password’ field and make sure to check the checkbox underneath

This should take care of all non-local devices.
For local devices (those in your own home network and those connected to it by VPN-tunnels)
you may have to take additional measures.
(Which depend on whether you use [Plex Home](https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/sections/200641063-Plex-Home "Plex Home") or not)
