# Default Audio / Subtitle Streams

In the most of my movies i have mkv with:

&nbsp;

- video

- audio german

- audio english

- subtitle german forced

- subtitle german all

- subtitle english all

&nbsp;

The default settings in the mkv are german audio and german subtitles forced on.

&nbsp;

It will be nice, if there is an option, that the movie always start with his default streams and plex don't remember, when i changed a stream during playback.

Uhmm...&nbsp; If you log into the server at the web address as the admin for the server, go to **Settings -\> Server -\> Languages** check if you have the setting Automatically Select Audio Tracks checked and what the settings of the Prefer Audio Tracks, Subtitle Mode and Prefer Subtitles.

These should be set to your desired languages.&nbsp; If they are, but the server is streaming the wrong ones, I think you might have found a bug....
