Delete DVR and Add again failed (when mapping XMLTV EPG)

Server Version#: 1.43.0.10389
Player Version#:
Tuner Make/Model: TvHeadend + xTeVe
Guide/Lineup name: Plex Guide
Using XMLTV?: yes

I was reconfiguring my TvHeadend and xTeVe Proxy.
Plex failed reaing the EPG, so i deleted the DVR config and tried to add again.

TvHeadend and xTeVe are running fine, i can already watch Live TV with my Sony TV Box.

But when i try to add it again to Plex, every single time it fails to map and update the EPG.

I also tried different configurations: TvH as HDHomerun, TvH as SAT/IP, xTeVe with PMS EPG, xTeVe with XEPG, XMLTV from differnent providers etc..

Every try ends with this lines in the Server Log:

That table already exists, btw.

Any ideas?
