Deleting Recorded Files in File Explorer

I have my plex server installed on a WD PR4100. I relocated my movie and tv files to a different drive in the server, but I can’t delete the vast majority of the media that I recorded through the Plex DVR. File Explorer tells me I don’t have permission to delete the files. I can rename them, copy/paste them, but not delete them. I can delete the file through Plex, but I’ve already removed the location as a library, so that’s not an option for me any longer. It is only files that were recorded by the Plex DVR that I have this issue with.

Update: While I can’t delete through Windows File Explorer (tells me I need permission from “Name-of-NAS\nobody”), I can log into the cloud access for my WD PR4100 and delete the files from there.
