# \[Desktop Beta\] Settings needs a mouse hover effect

Short request: Currently navigating settings is a bit difficult in the widescreen format: with the options on the far left and toggle switches on the far right, it’s hard to visually track which toggle (or \> arrow) you are clicking on

(things like star rating and font size have context so it’s more obvious, but a lot of settings are based on the toggle switches and arrows)

I suggest a row highlight on mouse-over like the sidebar currently has

You still on a 480i CRT? 😃

But I have the same ‘issue’ as mat\_b, it’s challenging to navigate because of the desktop screen. Personally, I would redo the entire UX to make it more a desktop UX. This is still a mobile view.
