# Detecting intros apparently stuck

Server Version#: 1.24.0.4916  
Player Version#: AppleTV 4K

I am trying to enable intro detection in my TV library and have clicked “Analyze” on an episode in a show. It’s been running for about an hour and in the activity icon it says:

- Detecting intros:
- [TV Show] S1

The only way I seem to be able to stop it is by restarting the server.

Same here.  
I just bought the Plex Pass only for this feature.

Does not matter what i do, it wont start detecting intros.

any idea?

Server Version 1.24.1.4931

Hey there,

is there any solution for this problem?

is there an officiol support ticket system?  
i just bought plex pass for this feature only and it does not work.  
can i refund this?

can a plex “employee” post a solution for this, please?
