Server Version#: 1.20.3.3483 (Official Docker container) Player Version#: Plex for Windows 1.21.0.1410-50a34597 My Plex server gets stuck detecting intros for a specific show. When it gets to that show, it just loops detecting intro non-stop until i restart the server. I tried leaving it be for over a day and it never finished. Had to disable Detect Intros for that library. What can I do? ---

I am having the same issue. Mine happens to be stuck on Season 7 of MacGyver. ---

This is a “Me Too” post. Docker container running “Version 1.21.0.3711” stuck on one video for a couple of weeks now. Same issue. Restarted plex, and then the NAS. And then it came back. ---

I keep getting this, too. Same message, and only on one particular season of a show. Any ideas? ---

Having the same issue on Server Windows v1.22.1.4275. Can the moderators at least respond? What’s the point of paying for a Plex Pass if the support forum gets ignored? ---

Same issue. Do any mods/devs actually read these or they just laugh in the background while people pay them for a Plex Pass and just say “too bad, assholes.” ---
