# Disable CEC

Hi,

just installed rasplex (I used to use raspbmc + plex plugins but the remote was not working well...)

I have a question about CEC: can it be disabled? When I switch off my TV (i let the pi running all the time), the TV is switch on just after and it's annoying...

&nbsp;

Bonus question: what are the user/pass for ssh?

Finally, I found how to disable it on the TV, lot better ;). and found that plexuser/rasplex is the ssh user/passwd
