- are any of the clips `mp4`?
- screenshot your Rifftrax Shorts library → ⋮ → Manage → Edit → Advanced
- Screenshot the files and folders so we can see exactly what Plex sees.
- Did you ever change the Agent for that library?
- Have you tried to [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) the affected clips?
