# Discover (Beta) Tab Not Working Nvidia SHIELD Pro

Server Version#: 1.26.0.5715 (smb)  
Player Version#: 9.1.0.32210

It used to work just fine before the latest update.

For whatever reason on my Nvidia SHIELD Pro, the Discover tab is empty and says “this directory appears to be empty”.

When I go to the settings within the Plex app on the SHIELD and go down to Experience → Streaming Services & then select which services I have and select “done”, it doesn’t actually save that info & the Discover tab remains empty.

If I go on the Plex app on my phone or the Plex player on my computer, the Discover tab is full & looks the way it should. I can even add or remove any streaming services as I see fit on those two devices & it works flawlessly.

It’s the same account linked to all 3 devices so I’m not sure why it works on two & not all three.

My watchlist shows up & works just fine on my SHIELD just as it does on my Phone & computer and when changes are made on any device the others sync up, not sure why the Discover tab isn’t doing the same.

Any help/information is greatly appreciated

I’m experiencing the same exact issue, works on every other device/iteration I have in my ecosystem, but the shield just shows that "this directory appears to be empty” message.
