Age verification using a government approved identification is required, by law. What Plex requires is insufficent (verify over 18 by ticking a box). I spent time in Europe professionally years ago, and legally, you also had to strictly adhere to opt out and opt in regulations. I am not sure what the current status is. Note, I am not a lawyer, just a Plex customer that has read material provided by local organisations on the topic. I can not confirm the accuracy of my comments.
