Plex will not read from a .properties file.
You must include season and episode numbers in the file name. You also need to add a folder for each season, even if there is only one.
The format is:
/TV Shows <-- Folder added to Plex library
../Show Name
..../Season xx <-- "Season" in English, two digits for number, unless four required.
....../Show Name - sXXeYY - Optional Episode Name.ext <-- ext = mkv/mp4/etc.
Leave special characters such as ! out of the file name. Do not replace them with a space, dash, etc.
Leave out characters that are illegal in file/folder names (\ / : * ? " < > |). Do not replace them with a space, dash, etc.
Use the episode numbers from TheTVDB.com or TheMovieDB.org.
After renaming, Plex Dance the entire show. It clears out incorrect information from the Plex database.
