Just one day the plex stopped loading. I open [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) and press open plex, a black screen opens with the inscription PLEX and that’s all and nothing else happens. I started it a week ago, my parents yesterday. I don’t know what’s the problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled, doesn’t help. ---

Ok can you restart your computer that the server is on and if still having issues when going to [https://app.plex.tv](https://app.plex.tv) grab the [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) ---

ok can you get your [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) and attach them. In settings toward the bottom left go to trouble shooting section and click on the download logs button. then drag and drop that zip file in the reply window ---

Can you describe how your network equipment is set up? This doubleNAT error usually means there are two routers, but could be other things causing app.plex.tv to not connect to your server ```auto Mar 02, 2022 23:17:14.204 [4864] DEBUG - MyPlex: reachability check - current mapping state: 'Mapped - Not Published'.
