Does the Plex Cloud work for everyone in the J Series?

In an H and an F I work perfectly version 2.011 of @Orca but in these 3 does not connect to the Plex Cloud.

UE55J6300
UE48J5248

I've tired of uninstalling, remove power 5 min, reinstall ...
I have refurbished several times ... (Even from the service menu)

And although I am convinced that this started happening to me from the change of server to CHO I have already spoken with someone from the Plex Team and my server seems to be perfectly ... I can not think of anything else

Can anyone shed some light on this subject?
Or at least say ... well I have a ... xxxxJxxxxx and it works

The Plex cloud uses a secure (https) connection and the TV needs to support TLS 1.0 or higher.
You could try and see if there is a newer firmware available, that might fix this.

Thank you very much for your response and of course for your work, I hope you will soon get a firmware update since at this moment I have the latest version on the three tv’s.

I hope that in samsung they have knowledge of this and they take it into account in the next update …
