Double audio tracks in smart playlist

Ehy guys, I created a smart playlist with all the 5 stars tracks, but I actually have a problem: there are some double tracks in the playlist due to being in more than 1 album. (example: “Without me” by Eminem is in album “Curtain Call: The Hits” as also in “The Eminem Show”).

How could I solve this?

Also, how can I set the song to the default value (“unrated”)?

Last but not the least, I noticed that the 2 songs are somehow “linked”, if I change the rate of one, Plex automatically change the rate of the other one. It’s actually smart, exept that I’m obliged to have both in my playlist and that’s not what I want.

The problem is caused by the fact that Plex doesn’t discern the difference between two tracks of the same work. A few of us had a long discussion and ran some experiments to figure out what’s going on.

No response from Plex, as far as I know.
