# Download the Subtitles from Plex

Hello,

My plex sever download automatickly the subtitles from [https://www.addic7ed.com/](https://www.addic7ed.com/)…  
But sometime I want download the .srt localy on my descktop! Do you have an idea for make this?

I know this solution, but I want to know if it is possible to download from plex because the subtitles are automatically download by plex and it’s too bad for me to make the same work…  
If it would be possible to have an option like a button on plex for download the Subtitles locally on my PC…

@trumpy81, I already configured Plex like this… I have the subtitles that download correctly.

I think that we don’t understand us 😁, I want to locally recover the subtitles, that is to say I want to download the .srt on the desktop of my computer from the plex interface.

Do you know that I mean?! 😃

Plex does not download from them. You must have another plugin doing that. Sub-Zero maybe?

These are saved in your Plex metadata folder, but there is no Plex feature to export/move/copy these to another location.

You can do it manually, but it’s not straight forward.
