# Downloads from another server not working

I have an issue with downloading from a friends server. I was able to do it previously and now does not seem to work. I have a triangle with exclamation point but when I click on downloads just spins and does not populate anything. Any help is appreciated.

I‘m not sure at what point you get to see an exclamation mark and where the download gets stuck / fails to start.
Would you mind sharing some more details?
I take it, you still get to see the download option, so it seems your friend still has this enabled for you in their sharing settings?
In what player are you trying to download the media?

I still have full download capability. My friend even toggled the download option on and off for me. I had the capability then seems over an hour just lost it. From my friends PC to my PC connection. Thanks for any help Tom.

Also the option to download is still there. I click download and nothing happens.
