Using FileStation,

Manually navigate to PlexMediaServer / AppData / Plex Media Server

Right-Click ‘Logs’ → ‘Compress to Logs.zip’

Download the ZIP file

Attach it here. We’ll see what is happening.

I got it fixed before i saw this. I had to delete everything completely restart and then reinstall

never mind stand by

new error

Logs.zip (1.2 MB)
here you good

Regarding that error.

That’s the browser timing out.

These little Syno boxes are NOT fast. They only have 1 GB of RAM.

Hit Control + F5 Plex/web will reload.

It happens every time the machine gets oberloaded.

rgr ty

did you get it to load up that first time now
?

no the logs are from the format and reinstall

Let’s do it this way:

  1. Uninstall the package again with the ERASE option (Red one)

  2. When that finishes

  3. Install again (same SPK / version)

  4. Choose the “New or Lost servers” button (Plex Claim Token method)

  5. Click the “Get Plex Claim token” link

  6. Your browser opens with a token. COPY that into your browser

  7. Return to the Installation window

  8. PASTE that token into the small box.

  9. Click NEXT NEXT DONE and let it run

  10. If all is well, it will respond with your username and email.

  11. Now let it sit for a a couple minutes to get started (takes 2-3 minutes on these machines)

  12. Open the Syno by it’s LAN IP address ( http://LAN.IP.of.Syno:32400/web )

  13. It will want you to log in and then it will start making sense again … but it’s already claimed to your account.
