# Duplicate Movies

Server Version#: Version 4.100.1

I am seeing duplicate results in my movies. I deleted my old server and started fresh on a new server but now I am getting these duplicate entries showing up. Anyone else experience this and how to rectify it? I have removed everything, updated metadata and readded and the same movies result in the same issues.

What you see aren’t duplicates but [collections](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201273953-collections/). Notice the different label (the actual movie has the release year under it, the collection the number of movies it contains → 1).

Given the names of your items, I assume you’re using mp4 files with embedded metadata? In that case Plex will interpret the embedded `Album` tag as a collection.

That was it, once removing the collections tag. The issue was resolved.
