Okay, then you are using the new Agent, that defaults to TMDB

When you [edit your library](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200289266-editing-libraries/), under Adv, there’s a setting named `Use local assets`  
If selected, then try for a short test and unclick it, then do the [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) and report back
