@Saxi - there are mentions of the “[Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064)” scattered through out the forums. It’s a series of steps to help ensure Plex has the updated data for a show, and isn’t using old cached data.  
Here’s one post I found that includes the steps. Try it. Every step. In order.
