Until there is a Plex solution for this - what a lot of Plex users are using is this service wrapper (including myself) - [PMS as a service - General / Tips, Tricks & How-Tos - Plex Forum](https://forums.plex.tv/t/pms-as-a-service/53381)

(Be aware that there are issues with hardware transcoding when running as a service - including possible crashes)
