PMS: Version 1.19.5.3035 (win 2012r2 - OS dedicated to PMS only)
i have 2x specific libraries:
All TV Shows (is downloaded TV shows, has ~ 500x TV shows)
Local TV/News (which ONLY has plex OTA recorded local news broadcasts)
Originally ( > 2 weeks ago), i had plex setup to record the OTA local news broadcasts to my big, “All TV Shows” Library (recordings set to never delete). Recently I wanted to organize this a bit better, so (in windows) i made a new folder “Local News” and moved the 8x or so local news recordings folders to this new “Local News” folder (all in windows).
(doing this removed most of the 8x Local News show from my “All TV Shows” Library, when it did its daily/auto Lib rescan)
I then added a new plex library “Local TV/News” and pointed it at the new windows folder that contained the local news video files.
Most of the Local news “shows” appeared correctly in this new library, however 3x shows seem to be stuck in the old “All TV Shows” library, which makes it so they dont/wont appear in my new “Local TV/News” Library.
whats worse, is that those 3x shows are also not accessible / playable in EITHER library.

Deleting my huge “All TV shows” library, and then adding it back, is not an option though as all of its seek thumbs will have to be recreated as well as Intro detection + Audio analysis. (would take months for all that to regenerate).
any ideas or things i can try?
I have waited ~ 2weeks, and manually done clean up bundles + optimized DB (both of which are already scheduled tasks so they have now run a few times).
some screen shots from the All TV shows (ie where these 3x shows should NOT be), i also cant click on the Info option for one of their shows (ie to see which path its poiting to, as i know that path does not exist in reality)
I did try re-adding the “Local News” folder to my “All TV shows” and letting it do a library scan- it actually added twice the number of episodes to these 3x TV shows (ie one went from 191 to 382 episodes), then when i removed the folder, it delete only 191 of the 382 episodes (so i was back where i started, and am now).
