DVR, watching live studders after watching for a while

I’ve noticed that video studders when playing live TV for ~20+ minutes. Changing channels then resuming temporally works around this.

There is another issue with Live TV where the client will kick you out of the content and back to the channel guide, too. This isn’t new.

I think the scenario when a tv show is being recorded and when watching it live causes the shuddering.
